Quinoa Salad in Roasted Sesame Mayo Dressing (with Grilled Beef/Lamb/Chicken)
Try this delicious salad combination! 😋 Top it off with your favorite grilled protein. 😋

Grill your favorite protein to add to the salad. I used Beef-Lamb Burger seasoned with garlic salt. Yummy with the salad. Set aside.
Note: It is great with chicken cooked in garlic-butter too!

Cook the corn, carrots & peas in butter, garlic salt and sliced tomatoes. Set aside.

Quinoa- I prefer the tri-color type, texture-wise and healthier too. Rinse VERY well. Some prefer to soak beforehand, up to you.
Simmer it in 1:2 ratio of water, uncovered, with a dash of salt, until it’s absorbed. Turn off heat and cover for 10 mins. Fluff with fork and set aside.
