Originally, I was just making some spaghetti pasta and decided to try something different. I added some chicken stock and lots of veggies and created what I call Chicken Noodle Soup

So this is the first time I actually single-handedly made egusi soup from scratch. I know it's weird lool, but I was making it for dad. At first I was so worried cuz the egusi was all grainy, I then realised I needed to give it some time to cook.This was made absolutely with love! :)

I was Introduced to this soup by one of my friend and since then have been hooked.

I got tired of making stew so I decided to make this from the ingredients i found in my fridge.

Iam a bit lazy today and I had left over chicken with cabbage remains therefore decided to make this veg soup.

My friend was feeling a bit under the weather so I decided to make something simple yet full of taste.

I make this soup for breakfast whenever I find it difficult to eat fried potatoes in the morning
