Iam a bit lazy today and I had left over chicken with cabbage remains therefore decided to make this veg soup.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3/4chicken
  2. 1 litrewater
  3. Sliced cabbage
  4. Long cut carrot
  5. 1 tspmixed Spice and 1tbsp seasoning
  6. 300 gpumpkin
  7. Chopped onions and bell pepper
  8. 100 mloil

Cooking Instructions

    Add your. Chicken with all the ingredients above except cabbage

  2. 2

    Mix everything and allow. To simmer for 10mins in low heat.

    Then add half litre water, allow to boil

  4. 4

    Then add your cabbage then add the remaining water.

  5. 5

    Cover allow it to cook for another 5 minutes then mash your pumpkin which thickens the soup

  6. 6

    Can be eaten with any chosen food

  7. 7

    Served mine with steamed rice
