Fried rice:
Pour your rice in oil an stir
Keep stirring until it turns golden
Grate your red bell pepper, cut your onion in slice
Set your grated pepper and onion on fire add your seasonings, and leave it for 5min
Pour your rice inside and put 2cups of water
You can add your food Colour(optional)

Potato salad:
Cut your potato in dice
Peas
Cut your carrot in slice
Boiled them for 15 min
Sieve them from the boiled water
Mix your mayonnaise with 1tspn of sugar and stir them altogether, and also add your sliced cucumber

Also fry your boiled potato with your sliced cabbage add small seasoning in it with black pepper
Leave it for 2min

Shredded chicken:
Cut your boiled chicken(chicken breast) in slice
Cut your red pepper
green pepper
Onions
Stir altogether, add seasoning, black pepper, and cumy powder leave it for 3mins
Take 1/2tbspn of flour mix it with 3tbspn of water
Pour it inside and leave it for another 3min
Your shredded chicken is ready

KFC CHICKEN
marinate your chicken with yogurt, seasoning, garlic powder, cumy powder, black pepper and 1/2tbspn of oil.
Keep it in the fridge for about 2 hrs
Mix your flour, and pinch of salt altogether
Take the out the chicken from fridge and ready for fry
Roll the chicken in egg then roll it also in flour and breadcrumbs
