Cooking Instructions

Preheat the waffle machine and grease it to avoid sticking the batter

Blend egg white and yolk separately till it forms into a thick foam

Then add in wet ingredients gently without over mixing

Mix together the dry ingredients in another bowl

Gently blend the wet ingredients in 2-3 parts to the dry ingredients without overblending

The mixture should be like thick custard, not runny nor too thick like dough
- 7
Pour enough batter into the waffle machine to almost cover it. Do not overfill as it will rise, this will lead it to spilling out

Leave for 5-10 mins until cooked and crisp in the outside
- 9
Top with desired toppings and fruit
