Ingredients

6 small slices
  1. Pizza dough
  2. 10 ouncesmushrooms
  3. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 7 ouncesfontina
  5. 2 tablespoonstruffle and mushroom spread
  6. White truffle oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put a pizza stone in the lower rack of the oven and preheat it to 500F for at least 45 minutes.

    Clean and slice mushrooms. Sauté in butter until golden. Cool and set aside.

    Shred cheese.

    Roll out dough into a 20-in round on a well-floured surface.

    Generously dust a pizza peel with flour. Place pizza on it.

  6. 6

    Spread truffle and mushroom paste, scatter sautéed mushrooms and distribute cheese on top.

    Carefully hit the peel sideways to loosen the bottom of the pizza. Slide it onto the stone and bake for 10 minutes until puffed and golden.

    Let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle truffle oil and slice.
