  4. 3 tbspmix dry fruits
  5. 2 tbspany cereal
  6. Coconut powder

    Wash spinach leaves..dry them than roast in dry fry pan.after roast the leaves crush with fingers and make fine powder

    Take seedless dates..and mash with spoon add nuts,oats,cereal and mix it than add spinach powder and again mix well and make a small balls

  3. 3

    Take coconut powder in bowl mix with spinach powder..coat the dates balls in this powder and roll it

  4. 4

    Healthy spinach balls ready
