Yam balls with deeping sauce

Cooking Instructions

Peel,wash, and cut yam.....in a clean pot add water,salt and yam, cook until the yam is tendered

When the yam is tendered smashed and set aside

In a sauce pan add 3 table spoon of oil, chopped onion, paste of scott bonnets and bell peppers,Maggi, chopped green onions and cook for atleast 10 mins to make sauce

Then add in the sauce to the smashed yam and mix everything untill well combined...then make small balls out of it depending on the shape you like and set aside

In a different bowl crack the eggs and add pinch of Maggi...place pan on a medium high heat add oil

Then take your balls and add in egg and fry them in the oil untill slightly golden brown on each side

Keep frying batch by batch untill you're done...note don't over crowd them if not you'll end up with a murshy yam balls

Volla yam balls is done yum yum enjoy with tea or milk shake I enjoyed mine with my deeping sauce
