Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbean flour
  2. Scotchbonnet & onion
  3. Green beans, carrot & green pepper
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. 1/4tspn of salt, seasoning cube & mixed spices

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the washed scotchbonnet & sliced onions, in a bowl, add the grinded bean flour & add water to soak for 30mins, blend all together.

  2. 2

    Add the veggies, vegetable oil & salt with seasoning & spices, put in leather as shown & steam traditionally, put the water in pot & cover the water the a small size pot cover, place the moi moi on it & steam.
