Ingredients

  1. 200 grcooked chickpeas (Cook 500gr and freez 4 portions)
  2. 60 mlcooking water of the chickpies. Or plain water
  3. 1 tbgood quality olive oil
  4. 1/2 tbfreshly powderd cumin seeds. Roast them first
  5. 1/2 tbsmoked paprika
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
  7. 6 tbtahine
  8. 1 tbHot Vegeta (turkish herbs)
  9. 1/2 tbgarlic powder

    Drain the chickpeas and keep the cooking liquid. I always cook 500 gr dry soaked peas. And put the rest in the freezer with 60 ml of cooking liquid. This are 5 portions.

    Mix the chickpies with all the ingrediënten with a mixer. You can also put them in a blender.

    Put in container put some leftover peas on top. Finish with some smoked paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.

    Keeps 3 days in the fridge

    You can add any ingredient you like. For example.
    Madras Currypowder
    Sundried tomato
    Harissa...
    But I prefer it plain
