Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour,oil,sugar and water in a large bowl to make the dough. Knead it until a smooth dough is obtained. Cover and set aside to prepare the filling.

Mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, sesame oil, powdered walnut and flour in a mixing bowl or food processor. Add vanilla, nutmeg and butter and mix.

Now put the dough on work surface. Divide it into ten equal parts. Roll out each part with a rolling pin, until it reaches 12 cm diameter. Place one in your half-closed fist to create a hollow shape.

Now put a tablespoon of filling in the middle of it and close it. Then round with rolling pin.

Then with any thing like bottle cap or some thing... you can design the cookies.

Brush the cookies with the beaten egg. Sprinkle Sorrell and make a few holes on each cookie with the tip of a knife or with fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for half an hour (or until golden brown).
