Peel & cut the water melon add into a blender, peel & cut the lemons as well add
The sugar lemon zest & drop of red food color & blend until smooth. - 2
Then sieve the juice using a sieve. Put your cups in freezer for like 5 minutes then deep them in sugar then serve the juice inside.

I garnish with with some lemon slice. Enjoy!! 🍉🍋😋😋😋

Note- lemon zest is the lemon peel (bawo in hausa) that has been grated.

This year, my lemon tree gave me so many lemons that I wasn’t sure how to use them all. Besides making limoncello and using them in various dishes, I decided to make a dessert. With this heat, it’s getting harder to turn on the oven, unless you take advantage of the cooler hours. But since I’m naturally a bit lazy, I went for an easy dessert that’s still delicious. I know purists will say the classic coffee tiramisu is the only real one, and you can call this a lemon dessert if you prefer, but since I’m writing this, I’ll call it Lemon Tiramisu. 🍋🍋😉PS: I always use generous amounts of ingredients, but you can easily halve the quantities.
