Cooking Instructions

Take the pork tenderloin and cut it into thin slices, sprinkle with cornstarch, and mix them together.

In a wok, melt and heat the coconut oil until hot, then add the pork tenderloin, stirring continuously.

Once browned on one side, turn them over and then deglaze with the rice vinegar.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, which include the sauces, ginger, and spices, and pour over the meat. Then add all the finely chopped vegetables.

Stir them, observing that the sauce begins to reduce slightly; do not let them dry out completely, and remove from heat.

Prepare the noodles, which only need 3-4 minutes of boiling, mix them with sesame oil to prevent sticking, and add them to the dish. Serve and, if desired, sprinkle with crushed peanuts, which complement it well.
