Ingredients

  1. About 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  2. 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  3. 1 tablespooncoconut oil
  4. 4 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  5. 4green onions
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. 1 tablespoonfresh ginger
  8. 2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
  9. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  10. Baby corn
  11. A fewmushrooms and plenty of bean sprouts
  12. A fewbamboo leaves
  13. 1carrot, julienned
  14. Noodles for serving
  15. 1 tablespoonsesame oil for the noodles
  16. Crushed peanuts, optional

    Take the pork tenderloin and cut it into thin slices, sprinkle with cornstarch, and mix them together.
