  1. 2 cupsCarrot finely shredded
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. 1 tspPaprika
  4. 1 1/4 tspCoriander powder
  5. 1 tspGinger / garlic paste
  6. 2-3 tbspOil

    Mix all the spices in oil with ginger/garlic paste. Add carrot mix with spice and serve it with your favorite meal.
