Ingredients

1/2 cupFinely chopped cauliflower
1small onion finely chopped
Ginger chilli paste as per your taste
Salt as per taste
pinchTurmeric powder
Red chilli powder as per test
Aamchur powder
1/2 tspWhole cumin
pinchCoriander powder
Dough of wheat flour added little salt for paratha

Mix all ingredients nicely

Then make roti and add stuffing and roll it again. Then roast it both side nicely on hot tawa and serve with curd pickle etc.
