Cut your cucumber, onions, green pepper, cabbage, carrots and great your red peppers

Put your pot on fire and fry your onion then add your carrot and green pepper to fry

Add your parboiled rice and start tuning

What inspired me to come up with this method of Chinese rice was the fact that I keep seeing Chinese rice served the usual way which is mostly white in color,no tumeric or curry is usually added to it.So I tried my own method by giving it a twist which is adding tumeric to it so that I will see how it turns out to be,it actually came out yummy and delicious which made hubby to make it his favorite and since then we don’t eat Chinese rice outside but our own method at home. #Ashlab# s and h kitchen -

I couldn't go shopping, and I wanted to make something to eat... but I only had half an onion and cabbage in the refrigerator...I added canned tuna, which my son loves, to make fried rice and he loved it.Since then it's become one of his favorite recipes.Chop up the core of the cabbage leaves and add it to the stir fry to add sweetness and flavor.If you don't have canned tuna, try with imitation crab sticks!Add coarsely ground black pepper to the finished fried rice to add a nice bite.
