Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, prepare a starter by mixing the yeast, 3/4 cup of flour (taken from the total), and 1/2 cup of water and milk combined (taken from the total). Knead together and let rise for 2 hours until doubled in size.
- 2
Next, prepare the dough by adding the remaining flour, sugar, and the rest of the water and milk to the starter. You can knead by hand or use a stand mixer. Add the egg and knead until you have a smooth dough, then add the butter in small pieces and the salt. The dough should be easy to work with and form a smooth ball that doesn't stick to your hands. If the dough is too soft, sprinkle with flour. Let it rise for 3 to 4 hours until tripled in size.
- 3
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle as much as possible. Brush with cooled melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, and chocolate spread over the entire surface.
- 4
Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls using a knife or a string as I did. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced 1/2 inch apart. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes (static oven).

This time, its is my first attempt at making a bread recipe. It unexpectedly went very well.●If you heat up the milk too much, just make sure to cool it.●When you first start kneading the dough, it will be sticky, but keep at it and give it your best for about 10 minutes. I was asked to make cinnamon rolls shown in the pamphlet so they could be served at a movie screening, but I wasn't satsified with the original dough...I tried various things, and finally settled on this combination while leaving the original image intact. If you use milk with a high ratio of sugar, the dough will just become heavy. I lightened it up a bit with skim milk. It's a waste to throw away the cut edges, so wrap in them aluminum foil and bake them. Recipe by uronn cookpad.japan -

Cinnamon Rolls Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are really quite easy to make and there is nothing quite like a homemade cinnamon roll warm from the oven. These are a soft light dough thats really tender filled with cinnamon goodness. They are topped off with a marscapone glaze which is a great finish. fenway -
