Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbasmati rice
  2. 4 tbspghee
  3. as required Seasonal vegetables
  4. 3bay leaves
  5. 2-4cloves
  6. 2black cardamom
  7. 3-4black pepper seeds
  8. 1 TSPcumin seeds
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 TSP ginger garlic paste
  11. 1 tbscoriander powder
  12. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 TSPgaram masala
  14. 1 TSPturmeric powder
  15. 2medium chopped onions
  16. 2med diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and rinse the rice, keep it aside.

    In a cooker, heat ghee add bay leaves, cumin seeds, cloves, black cardamom, black pepper seeds, bay leaves and chopped onion to it. Stir it continuously.

    Add diced tomatoes and all vegetables to it along with rice.

    Add all above-mentioned spices to it and mix it well. Fry it in a simmer gas.

    Add required water to it. And cover it by lid. Wait for a whistle.

    Our veg pulao is ready to serve. Serve it hot. Pour some ghee on it it is upto your choice.
