Ingredients

  • half kg basmati biryani rice
  • Half kg mix chopped vegetables
  • 2chopped onion 🧅
  • 2chopped tomatoes 🍅
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspgreen chillies ginger garlic paste
  • 1 TSPturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • as requiredSalt
  • as requiredOil
  • As requiredWater
  • 4-5cloves
  • 2-3green cardamom
  • 1big brown cardamom
  • 3-4bay leaf
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds
  • some black peppers
  • 1 piececinnamon stick

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take rice and vegetables clean and wash 4 to 5 five time in a normal water and soak chopped all d mix vegetables, and keep a side now take above all d ingredients together,heat d pressure cooker and pour oil if oil is hot add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, green cardamom, big cardamom, and black pepper saute for a minutes.

    Add onion and salt and cook till d onion colour change, add red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder,

    Mix it well and cook for a minutes add chopped tomatoes and mix vegetables mixed it well and cook for five minutes

    Now add soak rice mix it nicely and cook for a minutes add water as per needed,

    Add coriander leaves and mix it well and cover d lid whistle 2 to 3, after that switch off d gas and keep a side for five minutes now our delicious vegetables pulao is ready to serve serve hot with salad, boondi raita etc.,
