Lower Carb Turkey Pot Pie (biscuit style topping)

This is a recipe modified from the one I found on the Carbquik (Tova Industries) website.
I only say "lower Carb" on this one because I do use peas and carrots, which some people don't eat on a low carb diet, generally the keto folks, but I'm not keto so I eat them in moderation.
I made this a one pot meal by using an oven safe sautee pan. It turned out so good and the family gobbled it up.

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large deep sided, oven safe sautee pan, melt butter with avocado oil. Add 6 tbs Carbquik and stir with a whisk to blend and cook 2-3 minutes.

Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery seed. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, whisking frequently. About 5-10 minutes. If it still seems too thin for your liking, you can make a slurry like you would with cornstarch using 1 tbs Carbquik to 2 tbs water and stir it in.

Once thickened (should be the consistency of a thin gravy), turn off heat. Add turkey and vegetables, stir to combine, and level out the top as evenly as possible.

In a large bowl, mix together all filling ingredients. Let sit 2 minutes, then spoon onto filling mixture in an even layer. Place in oven and bake uncovered 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown (I went 35 min).

Remove from oven. Brush with additional melted butter if desired. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Dish up and enjoy!
