Vegetable Pulao
Steps

Wash and soak rice in water for 15 to 20 minutes.

Soak soyabean chunks for 15 minutes

In a pressure cooker heat ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves and after few seconds, add chopped onion saute it then add all the vegetables.

Now add all the spices in pressure cooker except garam masala and mix them.

It's time to transfer soyabean chunks to cooker, cook for few minutes and pour water in the pressure cooker.

Once the water starts boiling add soaked rice in cooker and close the lid, cook till only whistle blows.

Once pulao is cooked just sprinkle garam masala.

Now our vegetable pulao is ready to serve.
