Mashed potato with chicken gravy

Cooking Instructions

Peel potato and dice into cubes.Put water in a sauce pan and bring to boil.put potato and sprinkle some salt and allow to cook

Season chicken with salt,black pepper and chilli.heat a pan and add oil to it.once hot place the chicken then reduce the flame and allow to cook till the color turns brown then turn and cook the other side also

Transfer the chicken to a plate and add a bit of oil to the same pan,saute onions and garlic till fragrant, put back the chicken and add stock/broth and carrots to it then allow to cook…add salt or seasoning if needed

Take potatoes off the fire when fully cooked and strain the excess water mash it using a potato masher…add milk and butter with a bit of nut meg and continue mashing till smooth..add chopped parsley and mix.

Serve the way you want to or the way I did mine above
