Cooking Instructions

First, mash 1 avocado into pasty form. This is my preference that don’t make it too pasty so you can have avocado texture.

Toast bread. Over here as photo I will recommend pumpernickel or other grainy bread.

Paste avocado on toast. Then salt a bit. (I used rock salt)

1. Add cream cheese cucumber on it.
2. Add spring onion on it. - 5
Drop some olive oil and it’s all done
