I created this Japanese-style toast with boiled egg, avocado, and salted kelp, flavored with wasabi.
Cooking Instructions

Slice the boiled egg. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and coat with lemon juice.

Spread olive oil and wasabi on the bread.

Place the boiled egg and avocado on top, and drizzle a small amount of soy sauce over everything.
*Be careful not to use too much soy sauce since salted kelp is also used★ - 4
Add the salted kelp, squeeze mayonnaise over it, sprinkle with sesame seeds and grated Parmesan cheese, and toast until nicely colored.

Remove from the oven and scatter torn shiso leaves on top to finish.
