Ingredients

  1. 1 slicesandwich bread
  2. as neededExtra virgin olive oil,
  3. 1small amount of wasabi
  4. 1boiled egg
  5. About 1/3 avocado
  6. 1small amount of lemon juice
  7. 1small amount of soy sauce
  8. as neededSalted kelp,
  9. as neededMayonnaise,
  10. as neededWhite toasted sesame seeds,
  11. (Peeled type used this time)
  12. as neededGrated Parmesan cheese,
  13. 1-2shiso leaves

    Slice the boiled egg. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and coat with lemon juice.

    Spread olive oil and wasabi on the bread.

    *Be careful not to use too much soy sauce since salted kelp is also used★
