1 serving

1 slicesandwich bread
1/2avocado
1 tablespoon● mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon● soy sauce
2-3 cm(about 1 inch) ● wasabi (from a tube)
1 teaspoongrated Parmesan cheese
as neededmayonnaise (for spreading on bread)

Spread mayonnaise on the bread and arrange sliced avocado on top. Mix the ● ingredients and drizzle over the avocado, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake.

Once nicely browned, sprinkle with black pepper to taste and enjoy!
