Ingredients

  1. 500 gchicken with bones
  2. 3 literswater
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. To taste salt
  5. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/2 cupcarrot (julienne cut)
  7. 1/2 cupcabbage (julienne cut)
  8. 1/2 cupcapsicum (julienne cut)
  9. 2beaten eggs
  10. 1/2 cupor as required corn flour (make slurry)
  11. 1 cupSweet corns kernels boiled
  12. 1 1/2 tspchicken powder (optional)

    Grind corn kernels coarsely. Set a side. Here is used canned corn.

    In a pot add chicken, water, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder mix well and bring it to boil. Add all veggies too.

    Occasionally skimming off any foam that comes to the surface, cover and cook on low flame for approximately 1 hour. Stock is ready.

    Remove cooked chicken pieces, and set a side the stock for later use. Shred the chicken flesh and discard bones.

    In chicken stock, add shredded chicken, salt, chicken powder, grinded corns mix well and keep cooking for 30 minutes and Keep stirring in between.

    Gradually add beaten eggs keep stirring.

    Make slurry of corn flour by adding water. Add this slurry in soup keep mixing. Keep on cooking on low flame until desired consistency.

    In a serving bowl add soup,soy sauce, hot sauce, spicy Vinegar and garnish with corn kernels.
