Ingredients

  1. 8eggs
  2. 4sardines
  3. 1big onions
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 3Scotch bonnet
  6. 2 tablespoonseasoning cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dice your vegetables, separates the sardines fish from the oil.

  2. 2

    Crack your eggs in a bowl add the diced vegetables then your seasoning cubes

  3. 3

    Mesh your fish and add it to the egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Heat up your pan add the oil from the fish when hot mix your fish egg sauce very well and pour it in side.

  5. 5

    Allow to cook then turn the other face too to cook leave for few minutes till there is no moisture inside.

  6. 6

    Ready to be eaten either your bread, rice or spaghetti.
