Ingredients

  1. Fresh spinach
  2. Fried fish
  3. Tomatoes & onion
  4. Green beans
  5. Grated scotchbonnet
  6. onions
  7. Mixed spices
  8. seasoning cubes
  9. curry
  10. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan,add the vegetable oil, grated scotchbonnet & onion to fry

  2. 2

    Add the mixed spices, seasoning cubes and curry keep frying

  3. 3

    Add the sliced tomato, then add water & then the chopped green beans

  4. 4

    When it boils, crush the fried fish & add.

    It's ready enjoy,🤩😍💃

    Wash the spinach & add, stir & close for just 3mins
