Ingredients

  1. Kachori ingredients:
  2. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. Water as required
  6. ½ cupYellow lentil boiled and grind
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Aloo ki tarkari ingredients:
  9. 3Boiled potatoes
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 tspkalonji
  13. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  14. 1/2 tbscrushed coriander seeds
  15. 1/2 tspchili flakes
  16. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 1 pinchOrange food color
  19. Water as required
  20. 1 tbspmixed pickle
  21. 1 tbspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil,garam masala, cumin seeds, coriander seeds,kalonji, chili flakes,salt, turmeric and cook for a minute.

    Now add boiled and roughly mashed potatoes and water mix it.

    Now add food color and bring it to boil.

    Add mixed pickle and coriander leaves.Aloo ki tarkari is ready.

    Now in a bowl add All-purpose flour,oil,salt and mix it. Gradually add water and knead until soft Dough is formed. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

    Now take a small portion and with greased hand make a small ball and press it from the center and place the boiled lentil now seal all the edges to make a ball.

    Roll out with the help of rolling pin or with the help of your hand.

    Now fry them on low-medium flame until it becomes golden brown.

    Kachori is Ready
