Every year we try our best, to prepare different recepies for the family, especially in the month of Ramadan. . But few things we make repeatedly due to family wish. This dish is one of them. All family members enjoy to eat it.
Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add all ingredients of dough. Knead normal dough with water.
Set a side for 20 minutes. - 2
Chop yellow lentil. Take a pan add 1 Tbsp oil, add lentil, salt and red chilli flakes. Saute for 2 minutes.
Set a side let it cool. - 3
Take a pan add 3 Tbsp oil, add kalonji(nigella seeds), cumin seeds, pop up and add potatoes, salt, chilli flakes and turmeric powder. Stir and add 2-3 cups of water. cover and cook until potatoes become tender.
Mash potatoes in chunks. In the end add 2 Tbsp of tamarind pulp. - 4
Make small peras of dough, press it and fill daal mixture in the center. Join sides in the center, again press and flatten it.

Heat oil (medium). Fry kachori at low to medium flame. serve and enjoy
