Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgrated carrots
  2. 2spring onions
  3. 2 tbspboiled corn
  4. 1 tbspRaisins
  5. 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  6. For dressing 1tsp each of honey, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard sauce or mustard powder
  7. Salt and pepper as per taste

    Grate carrots

    Slice diagonally spring onion with bulb also

    Cut coriander leaves

    Now put grated carrots in a bowl, add boiled corn, coriander leaves, Rasins.

    Now prepare dressing by mixing honey, lemon juice, mustard sauce or mustard powder, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix the contents thoroughly.

    Add this dressing to carrots corn mixture and mix well. Salad is ready for serving.

    This tasty crunchy salad is ready as the sides of sandwich or garlic bread.
