White Pumpkin Curry

Wash pumpkin, keep aside.

Take a bowl, add pumpkin & all the given ingredients of marination, mix it well, keep aside.

Now take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add kalonji seeds, let it splutter.

In goes onion, stir fry it until light brown.

Add grated ginger garlic, stir fry it until rawness is released.

Now add tomato 🍅 & salt, stir it for a sec.

Add in marinated pumpkin, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add 1/2 cup water, mix it well. Add sugar & garam masala powder, stir it. Let it boil.

Lower the flame cover it with the lid, cook it until almost cooked. Gravy should be a lil saucy. Can stir in between.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta & slitted green chilli.

Can be had along with Roti or Paratha..
