  1. 1Whole chicken
  2. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  3. Water as required
  4. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  5. 1 teaspoongarlic
  6. 1 tablespoonketchup
  7. Salt as required
  8. Black pepper as required
  9. Seasonings

    Marinate the chicken leave it for 1-2hrs.

    Coat The Chicken with flour and water.

    To begin, add flour to a deep bowl and season it with salt, paprika and black pepper.

    In a different dish, pour flour and add the water to it.

    Take the marinated chicken pieces and coat with flour then dip it in flour mix and then coat it again with flour.

    Repeat this process with each piece and keep them aside.

    Brown the chicken on both sides, then reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and cook for about 30 minutes.

    Remove the cover, return the heat to high, and fry until extra crispy.

    Drain the chicken on paper towels

    Pour the oil in a skillet pan and bring it to high heat.
