Ingredients

  1. 1kilo cherry
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 3-4 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Pour cherries in a jar having a metal lid.

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and water well until sugar dissolves.

  3. 3

    Pour the sweat water into the jar until it fills.

  4. 4

    Fasten the lid and put the jars in a pot.

  5. 5

    Pour water in the pot to cover the jar.

  6. 6

    Let it boil for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Then turn off the heat and left them there until reaches to room temperature.

  8. 8

    Store in refrigerator.
