Ingredients

  1. For classic masala papad
  2. 1papad 😋rosted / fry
  3. 2 tbsponion (finely chopped)
  4. 2 tbsptomato (finely chopped)
  5. 1chilli (finely chopped)
  6. 2 tbspsev
  7. pinchchilli powder
  8. pinchchaat masala
  9. 1 tbspcoriander (finely chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, deep fry the papad in hot oil. I have used lijjat papad, you can use a papad of your choice.

    Deep fry on both sides to make it crunchy. if you are diet conscious, then you can directly fry on flame or in the microwave.

    Drain off over kitchen paper to get rid of excess oil.

    Firstly, take fried/roasted papad on a plate.
    garnish with 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 1 chili, and 2 tbsp sev.

    Also sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala and 1 tbsp coriander.
    finally, enjoy crispy classic masala papad with evening tea.
