Ingredients

  1. I kg fish
  2. Fresh tomatoes
  3. Red peppers
  4. Red bell peppers
  5. Onions vegetable oil
  6. Seasoning
  7. Salt
  8. Curry and thyme
  9. Ginger and garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and grind tomatoes, red peppers and red bell peppers together

  2. 2

    Pre- heat vegetable oil in a pot and then add the grinded vegetables and thyme

  3. 3

    Allow to cook for 10- 15 min then add chopped garlic and ginger powder

  4. 4

    Allow to cook until all the water from the vegetables has evaporated

  5. 5

    Then add grated onions, fish, salt, seasoning and curry (you can add a little bit of water if the stew is very thick)

  6. 6

    Cook on medium heat until a desired mixture is achieved

  7. 7

    This fish stew goes very well with white rice and salad
