Rice and Beans (jollof)

Ingredients

5-6 People
  1. 1and half derica of rice
  2. Halfderica of beans
  3. Pepper as much as you want
  4. 2bulbs of onions for
  5. 10Maggi cubes
  6. Cray fish half cup
  7. Palm oil
  8. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot with clean water pour beans parboil for 10 minutes.

    After parboiling drain the water,pour another Clean water into the pot add the parboiled beans, let it cook until it is soft.

    Roughly pound your pepper, onion only one and cray fish.

    Wash your rice 2-3 times add your washed rice into your cooking beans add your roughly pound mixture add your Palm oil, and your remaining one onion chopped into your cooking food with your seasoning and salt add more water cook for 70 minutes, check the food time to time in case of extra water or extra seasoning.

    Cook until it is soft and ready.
