Cut tofu in rectangular, then slowly remove some tofu meat.

Mix pork, tofu meat, egg, white tofu. Mix well.

Stuffed mixture in tofu pouch then fry it. Char it.

Sauce:
Combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, wine, sugar and a little water. Mix well.
Then pour into fried tofu. - 5
Simmer until sauce thickens. Add spring onion before serve.

But it tastes nowhere near as great as my mom's.It tastes western-style if you use chicken consomme, so I prefer without it.Rehydrate the freeze-dried tofu in plenty of water for about an hour.Make sure to boil in low heat.
