Ingredients

60 minutes
8 pcs
  1. 100 grpork lean (minced)
  2. 3 pcsshrimp (minced)
  3. 4tofu (cut half)
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspshaoxing wine
  6. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  7. 1/2 tbspchopped spring onion
  8. 1/2beaton egg
  9. 2 tbspstarch
  10. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the cut tofu, set aside

  2. 2

    Mix porl lean, shrimp, salt, shaoxing wine, spring onion, egg, and starch.

  3. 3

    Cut the tofu at one side, fill with the dough

  4. 4

    Steam them for 20-30 minutes.
