Ingredients

60 minutes
8 pcs
  • 100 grpork lean (minced)
  • 3 pcsshrimp (minced)
  • 4tofu (cut half)
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspshaoxing wine
  • 1 tbspchopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbspchopped spring onion
  • 1/2beaton egg
  • 2 tbspstarch
  • Cooking oil

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the cut tofu, set aside

    Mix porl lean, shrimp, salt, shaoxing wine, spring onion, egg, and starch.

    Cut the tofu at one side, fill with the dough

    Steam them for 20-30 minutes.
