Got this idea off a TikTok video and it's AMAZING and SO EASY. You can make it with any frozen fruit and any type of yoghurt - the recipe pictured uses mango and plain soya yoghurt.

This recipe makes 2 servings at ~90 calories per serving. So it's low-calorie too!

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gfrozen mango (or any frozen fruit)
  2. 100 gplain soya yoghurt (or any yoghurt)
  3. To adjust quantities, just use 100g of fruit and 50g of yoghurt per person. Don't ask me why, but the servings once blended are lighter at ~130g each

Cooking Instructions

    Add the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Whizz until smooth. Eat it before it melts!
