Make sure that all of your ingredients are at room temperature
In your bowl add sugar, salt and butter and mix till the butter double its size.

Start adding in your eggs one at a time and mix so that everything will be well incorporated.

Add your vanilla to the butter mixture and start folding in dry + wet ingredients with your spatula till well combined.
NB: don't over-mix your batter at this stage

Place your pan on low heat for about 30 seconds, then start scooping out your cake batter to your cake pan. Enjoy 😘
