  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 tablespoonyeast
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1onion
  7. Cabbage
  8. Kuli-kuli (as desired)
  9. cubesMaggi
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Get your flour in a bowl

    Add the yeast,sugar and salt

  3. 3

    Mix well while adding warm water to form a though

  4. 4

    The though should be like that of puff puff not to stiff not to watery

  5. 5

    Cover for 30min

    Scoop the though and put it a the pan that is on medium heat(use a non-stick pan)
    Spread the though a little and cover for 4-5 min

    Flip the though and cook for 3 min
    Repeat process until you are done

    In a bowl mix kuli-kuli,salt,maggi and pepper

    In your serving dish,place the gurasa,sprinkle the kuli-kuli mixture with some oil as much as desired and garnish with the tomatoes garbage sallad
