My mom asked if I could make a cake for my aunt, I said yes. I wanted a chocolate icing that was not buttermilk, or whipped, or cream cheese. So I made this icing.

It makes a big batch, it decorates over 48 cupcakes, if you need less just cut the recipe in half!!. I used this recipe for my bridal shower cake and everyone loved it. Not too sweet, just perfect!!

This frosting looks so sweet and its very light and fluffy.

I love buttercream frosting, so I went looking for a recipe. Again, I am picky, so I combined a few different recipes that I found. After a few tries, I decided that this one was my favorite.I made this to go on cupcakes for Mother's Day. My wife, my mommy, my sister, and Mother-in-Law loved it so much.This can be used to make different kinds of frosting. Next time, I will add some cocoa powder for chocolate frosting.Enjoy!

Great frosting, an option to the more sweet frostings you buy at the store. Has a great flavor and the pudding comes through really well. May need to add more cool whip to thicken it up though.

I decorate custom cakes. I never was happy with frosting I had prior so I want a more light sweetness and not heavy sweetness.My trick is half and half coffee creamer liquid. This replaces milk or water. It makes it creamy light and delicious on a cake or cookies.
