Ingredients

15 minutes prep, hour cool

  1. 4eggs
  2. 4 Tbsmolten unsalted butter
  3. 4 tspcacao powder
  4. 4 tspsugar or honey
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. Equipment: 6 quart dutch oven with warm water, 2 quart glass bowl floating inside, whisk
  8. Cost: cacao powder 40 cents, butter 25 cents, eggs farmfree or $1.60, other 20 cents, $1.20 per dessert

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes prep, hour cool

    Whisk eggwhites with lemon juice and honey or sugar till fluffy, set aside.

    Whisk unsalted molten butter with cacao powder and vanilla extract in warmed bowl in double boiler, then whisk in egg yokes till smooth.

  3. 3

    Fold eggwhites into chocolate egg yokes, cool 15 minutes in freezer, put in dessert glasses and serve.
