Excellent recipe to use for decorating cupcakes. I have made many variations but I like these jaffa cupcakes the Best!

I love whipped frosting and tried over the years to come up with a simple way to make it, that would also hold up and wouldn't melt down. U can make this any flavor u want by simply adding milk chocolate to make chocolate , or any flavor of fruit preserve u like enjoy!

I wish this was a recipe I could take credit for but it is most definitely not. Adding flour to frosting is not something I would've thought to do. This came from a blog of Tasty Kitchen. I did not tweak it one bit and it is delicious just the way it is. I pair it with chocolate cake and it is incredible.

Great frosting, an option to the more sweet frostings you buy at the store. Has a great flavor and the pudding comes through really well. May need to add more cool whip to thicken it up though.
