Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped bodi/ long string beans
  2. 1/2 cuppotato cubes
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. To grind to paste :
  5. 1small onion
  6. 1/2" ginger
  7. 1-2 clovegarlic
  8. For tempering / tadka
  9. 1 tspoil
  10. 1/4 tspfenugreek seeds
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. Salt to taste as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In cooking pan add heat oil. Add chopped bodi/ long string beans and potato cubes. Stir fry till veggies soften.

    Peel,chop onion, ginger and garlic cloves. Grind it mixer jar to smooth paste.

    In small tadka pan add heat oil. Add fenugreek seeds as splutter add onion garlic paste. Saute for 1 minute.

    Add turmeric powder red kashmiri chilli powder salt and saute for 1 minute.

    Add this spicy onion - garlic paste in cooked vegetables. Mix well. Add little water and cook for 2 minutes.

    Serve / Relish Delicious Bihari Style Bodi -Potato Subzi with rice and dal.
