Ingredients

4 people
  1. 300 gpotato’s
  2. 300 gcarrots
  3. Water to cover veg
  4. Stock
  5. 1 kgtomato’s
  6. 1pepper
  7. clovesGarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Roast tomato’s and peppers until soft

  2. 2

    Chop potatoes and carrots and put on to boil with stock. I’ve used 500ml of water here and a tablespoon of stock

  3. 3

    Once both parts are cooked and soft. Now you can blend them either apart or together but ultimately mix the blended parts.

    Mix all blended parts together and voila. You could add chilli flakes for a kick or cheese for creamy addition.
