  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  3. 1 cupbutter
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 cupvery cold water
  6. Filling
  7. Veg oil
  8. Chopped onions
  9. Garlic
  10. Minced meat
  11. cubesSeasoning
  12. Salt
  13. Grated Pepper
  14. Diced potatoes
  15. Carrot
  16. Corn flour

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add in your veg oil,chopped onions,ginger paste,minced meat,salt and grated pepper and fry.

    Add in chopped potatoes and water to boil till soft,add seasoning,curry and the carrot.

    Make a paste of 1tbsp corn flour to thicken the sauce.

    Allow it to cool.

    In a clean bowl,stiff flour,baking powder,salt.mix the butter in the flour till it becomes a fine crumb.

    Add 2 eggs,half cup cold water to form dough do not over mix.

    Cover with cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Use a Meatpie cutter to cut the shape add the filling,use egg to seal the edges.

    Brush the pies with egg and bake in a pre heated oven till golden brown.
