I love banana bread but it just doesn't turn out like I prefer it so I invented this easy and tasty Banana bread/cake
Cooking Instructions

Mash your very ripe bananas well with a fork. Add the eggs blend each ingredient to the next slowly.

Add 1 at a time blending between each ingredient Oil, nuts and cake mix blend well.

In a 9x13 pan or 2 8x4 loaf pans well greased and floured if using loaf pans. Place in oven and bake at 350 until a tooth pick comes out clean

If you are making this a cake I frost with cream cheese icing if just making it bread you can skip it and when done rub butter on before it cools

Cream cheese icing

1 block of cream cheese softened. Add quarter cup butter or half a stick softened. 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend with powdered sugar about 3-4 cups
