Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract
  9. 4 tbspsour cream
  10. 3very ripe bananas
  11. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  12. 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  13. 3 tbsppeanut butter, crunchy or creamy
  14. 1 cupchopped walnuts, pecans or any nuts of your choice
  15. 3 tbsphoney (optional)

    preheat oven to 350°F.

    Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder together

    in a seperate bowl, mix butter, sugar and salt with a fork until well mixed

  4. 4

    add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and cinnamon

  5. 5

    fold in the flour into batter until well mixed

  6. 6

    in a seperate bowl mash bananas and peanut butter with a potato masher or fork

  7. 7

    add mashed bananas to batter and mix well

  8. 8

    add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and mix well

  9. 9

    line cupcake pans with paper cups and fill each cup with about 1/3 cup in each cup

  10. 10

    bake for 30 minutes.

    when done, brush the tops with honey if desired makes 16 cupcakes
